Privacy experience is about building trust by giving individuals transparency and control over the processing of their personal data. Beginning with an overview of the changing data protection and privacy landscape as well as of different cultural and legal views of privacy, we will share some ideas on how to improve privacy experience in Plone marketing and Plone development. We will share some insights from other Open Source CMS: How are they working to improve “Privacy by Design” for their communities? How can we contribute to privacy in Plone and the open web community?
